Project ManagerPay Range: $40.91hr - $45.91hrThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing medium-sized projects from initiation through completion. This role involves managing resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.Responsibilities:Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, track schedules, and mitigate risks.Provide end-to-end project management support, including reporting, project deliverable tracking, and documentation for medium-sized projects.Act as a liaison across departments to ensure clear communication, scope management, and timely project completion.Coordinate issues internally and externally to ensure accurate and effective project information.Evaluate implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, and policies using critical and creative thinking, and recommend process improvements.Provide direction and motivation to project teams in a matrixed environment.Foster collaboration to drive outcomes and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including management and vendors.Lead the execution of projects ensuring adherence to organizational objectives and timelines.Requirement/Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project-related field.Experience:Proven experience managing medium-sized projects from initiation through completion.Experience in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.Strong background in stakeholder communication and coordination.Should Have:Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions.Advanced project planning and life cycle development knowledge.Qualification And Education:Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field required.In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is acceptable.
