Project Manager

🏗️ We’re Hiring: Geotechnical Project Manager | Specialty Foundations

📍 Baltimore, MD (DC / MD / VA region)

We’re working with a respected specialty foundations contractor in the Mid-Atlantic that designs and self-performs its own work. They need a technical Project Manager to own sheeting & shoring, SOE and deep foundations projects from estimate to closeout.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Build budgets and cost estimates for SOE and deep foundations work

🔹 Review geotechnical reports and contract documents and recommend the right solution

🔹 Prepare design documents for sheeting & shoring systems

🔹 Partner with owners, GCs and engineers from the earliest stages of each project

🔹 Plan the work with field supervision and lead constructability reviews

🔹 Handle permits, insurance, contracts, procurement, monthly job reports and closeout

🔹 Support proposals and client presentations

What you bring:

✅ B.S. in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical or Structural focus (M.S. is a plus)

✅ P.E. in DC, MD or VA, or in another state with the ability to get licensed here within 3 months

✅ 4+ years designing and building sheeting & shoring and/or deep foundations

✅ Background with a specialty foundations contractor or consultant

✅ Estimating experience with HCSS HeavyBid

✅ SOE design using specialty software

✅ Strong leadership and negotiation skills, plus genuine passion for the field
