The current view is for a period until March 2020, where the preferred location is close to Philadelphia / Trevose.
Even though most work from home still, for some longer-term we have to keep the option to go back to office at some time. The cloud migration is in advanced state and basic migration is completed for the applications; testing is 90% done. Remaining is app version consolidation, re-test, go live from the different tiers of the entire landscape in Quarter 1 of 2021.Required is experience on:AWS migrations of complex landscapesExperience with managing a vendor – in this case DXCUnderstand the phases of the Data Center to cloud migration and complexity is provides on interfaces, databases and application configurationsWorking across the globe – Europe, Asia and USA – time zones and has experience with remote working.Understand the nature of testing in migration projects.Has experience in go-live strategies for cloud migrationsSkills:Very structuredManaging timelines in an environment where everybody has a full schedule and priorities need to be setKnows Jira, works agile and knows test trailGood smooth communications in English, written and spokenDrives results and does not take a NO for an answerFlexibleNegotiation skills with the IT partners and internal teamsPolitical sensitive and direct in his communications
