Project Manager (Automation Engineering)

Responsibilities:
- Develop project schedules, identify critical milestones, and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain and update communication documents to facilitate seamless information flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and production.
- Contribute to project scope development and ensure adherence to scope-of-work.
- Communicate regularly with customer representatives and provide project updates.
- Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
- Promote professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction within the team.
- Conduct post-project reviews and recommend improvements.
- Support the Project Management team as needed.
- Travel up to 15% as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related experience.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- Preferred: experience with automated process equipment, blueprint reading, and industrial contracts.
