Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.In the role of Project Manager (Data Centers), we'll count on you to:Plan and manage all aspects of building engineering design projects; Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, Infrastructure.Directly support Senior Project Management team on large scale projectsActively participate in project pursuits and developing project scopeIndependently coordinate work of professional staff of Architects and/or EngineersEstablish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetingsParticipate in reviews with various governing agencies for complianceConduct work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with multidisciplinary staffCoordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to scheduleFacilitates/participates in project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team managementPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or ArchitectureProfessional Engineer or Licensed ArchitectRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related field7 years related experienceA minimum of 2 years project management experienceMust have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustHDR is our company.
