The project/solution would result in enhancing the current system and automating additional business functions enabling more effective tracking, monitoring, and auditing, service provider cost reports, submissions, and documentation.The Project Manager understands the PMI framework, Project Delivery Framework, and QAT reporting requirements for Major Information Resource Projects.
The successful candidate understands business and technical objectives of modernization.The worker will be expected to manage communication with stakeholders, project team(s) and must develop strong relationships with key decision-makers. The worker should be able to comprehend and communicate complex technical designs and implementations as well as complex business processes.Overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts, ensure business requirements.Required:10 years of experience in project management experience for large-scale Enterprise Implementations8 years of experience in Federal/State project management experience8 years of experience in project management / systems analyst experience leading and managing legacy modernization projects.Preferred:5 years of experience in Project Delivery Framework experience5 years of experience in Experience with low code/no code solution3 years of experience in statewide systems3 years of experience in QAT process for major Information project.
