Compensation:

$100,000–$115,000 annually, plus bonus and car allowance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee project execution, information flow, and field operations.
• Review civil, architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Lead project engineers, field administrators, and subcontractors.
• Manage project buyout, contracts, and subcontractor relationships.
• Track costs, forecast profitability, and present monthly projections.
• Develop baseline schedules and resolve schedule variances.
• Lead owner, architect, and contractor coordination meetings.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical construction.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to independently manage project teams and construction schedules.
