Project Manager – Ultra-Luxury Custom Homes

About the Job:

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of ultra-high-end luxury custom homes and multimillion-dollar residential estates throughout Aspen, CO, and the surrounding Roaring Fork Valley.

This opportunity is with an established luxury custom homebuilder specializing in high-end residential construction, exclusive custom estates, and complex luxury projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in luxury residential project management, along with some knowledge or experience in electrical construction and coordination.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage ultra-luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall construction operations.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage project costs, construction progress, quality, and profitability.
• Oversee coordination of electrical systems, installations, and electrical subcontractors.
• Ensure exceptional standards of quality, craftsmanship, and project delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Project Management within luxury custom homebuilding or high-end residential construction.
• Strong background working on multimillion-dollar custom homes and luxury residential estates.
• Some experience or knowledge of electrical construction, systems, or subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the Aspen and Roaring Fork Valley luxury construction market preferred.
