Project ManagerWe are looking for a Project Manager in the Arlington, VA area. The Project Manager will be overseeing and supervising all aspects of multiple job sites, that will include residential remodeling, renovation and new construction projects.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:Needs to be willing to estimate/run multiple jobs at same timeMust be able to clearly communicate details between customer, architect/designer, and subs or own teamMust be tech-savvy to upload specs from customer, to a PM platform into spec binders for support team in officeCoordinate labor and materials in accordance with plans and construction schedule and timelineEnsure all sub-contractors have proper plans, drawings, instruction and supervisionObtain multiple quotes from sub-contractors and vendors as applicableEnsure materials are available and ordered timely in accordance with workflow and scheduleReport any issues with or at jobsites & overall performance and quality concerns at jobsitesKey Skillsets:Five years related work experience and/or training desired, but not requiredIf you are interested in this position, please apply to this ad with an updated resume.
