A large heavy civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile data center infrastructure project in Clarksville, AR. This is a long-term opportunity with excellent potential for future leadership within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of project execution from start to finish
• Oversee field operations, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Manage subcontractors and ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Drive overall project performance and successful completion

Qualifications:

• 8–15+ years of heavy civil project management experience
• Proven success managing large civil infrastructure projects
• Experience with underground utilities, duct banks, earthwork, grading, or similar heavy civil scopes
• Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and client relationship management skills
• Data center construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be willing to relocate or live in Clarksville, AR for the duration of the project
