Senior Application Project ManagerEntarian is looking for a senior application project manager with experience utilizing agile development best practices. Under indirect supervision, oversees the management of multiple application modernization projects.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:Requirements gatheringEstimating Level of Effort (LOE)Drafting development storiesFacilitating backlog reviews & sprint planning meetingsCoordinating resourcesReviewing QA results and performing final reviewManages resources across each development effort and provides staffing recommendations for new or expanding projectsProvides budget reports to track burn rates across each project to ensure projects stay within budgetManages master project schedule and reprioritizes efforts to prevent collisionsWorks directly with customers to communicate project statusWorks with the development teams to identify areas for improvements and gain efficienciesSalary range: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00Minimum QualificationsActive DoD Secret Security ClearanceCompTIA Security+ (or equivalent IA cert) and computing environment certification (i.e. MCSD Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.)Experience in Computer Science or ITMinimum three (3) years' experience with DevSecOps development strategiesMinimum three (3) years' experience with Agile development processes and toolsMinimum three (3) years' experience with Quality Assurance (QA) application testingMinimum three (3) years' experience managing budgets and resources across multiple application projectsExperience effectively managing multiple large-scale projectsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience effectively managing multiple large-scale projectsDesired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical/business discipline or equivalent years of experience managing application development projectsWorking knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IAVMEntarian is a premier provider of mission-critical engineering and technology solutions.
