In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects from concept to completion, and play a key part in delivering high-impact outcomes for our business and clients.If you're someone who brings structure to ambiguity, communicates with clarity, and enjoys leading teams to success—we want to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects end-to-end—ensuring they're delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholdersDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication strategiesCoordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless executionProactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes in scopeTrack milestones, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycleCommunicate updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levelsLead, coach, and motivate team members to drive accountability and performanceManage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationshipsConduct post-project reviews to identify successes, lessons learned, and continuous improvementsHelp build and refine project management best practices and toolsWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of project management experience, ideally managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong background in strategic planning, risk management, and change managementProficiency with project management tools and methodologiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skillsProven leadership ability with a talent for building and motivating teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetAbility to stay organized, focused, and effective under pressure and tight deadlinesSelf-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with othersWhy Goodmans?At Goodmans, we don't just complete projects—we build lasting impact.
