Project ManagerThe Dekker Government Studio is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and support the delivery of complex, Federal-sector architecture projects. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational insight, technical knowledge, and the ability to create momentum, through planning, communication, and accountability, across design and consultant teams. This role will contribute to our mission supporting work at DOE and DOD facilities.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field4–8 years of experience managing design-related projects, including coordination with consultants and contractorsStrong working knowledge of project delivery methods, regulatory processes, and construction phasesProficiency in project management and knowledge of architectural tools such as Deltek, Revit, MS Office Suite, and BluebeamAdvanced communication skills with the ability to lead conversations and resolve issues collaborativelyPMP certification (preferred but not required)ResponsibilitiesManage scope, schedule, and budget throughout the life of a projectLead client-focused project teams through all phases, from concept through construction closeoutTranslate client goals into actionable project plans that guide team structure, scope, and scheduleOversee coordination of internal and consultant teams, clearly defining tasks, deliverables, and rolesTrack performance against project milestones and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholdersMaintain awareness of client expectations, industry best practices, and quality standardsDekker offers competitive benefits and salary packages based on education and experience.
