Project Manager – Agile coach

Job TitleExtremely good at communications as they have to work with senior executives.Have at least experience over 2 Years of coaching teams in SAFe methodology (NOT looking for Scrum Master)Certifications (SPC) are good to have but working experience is a must.Able to articulate their role clearly in Enterprise level agile transformation journeyDetailed Role Description Objectives of this roleWork with agile champions and product managers in various lines of businesses to identify key areas of improvement in agile maturity in the front officeGuide product managers adopting agile techniques and improving their agile maturity.Coaching product managers to define clear, concise and measurable objectives and adopt data driven decision makingPromote a culture of continuous improvementDrive cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure the organization is adhering to industry best practicesResponsibilitiesProvide coaching, training and guidance to product managers and product owners fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementDemonstrate deep knowledge of and expertise in Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), assisting product managers and teams in defining clear, measurable objectives aligned with organizational goalsLeverage agile methodologies and coach Product managers and agile release trains in techniques such as storymapping, creating MVPs to validate ideas and gather feedback, prioritization techniques and agile estimation techniquesCommunicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organizationChampion the use of metrics and other objective measures by product managers and agile release trainsRequired experience5+ years working in an agile environment as a coach5+ years working in an agile environment as a Product Owner/ Product managerCurrently or just completed Agile transformation for top bankExposure to a large-scale enterprise agile transformation with demonstrated experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling frameworks and deep understanding of agile values and principles.Demonstrated experience facilitating collaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring work is aligned with the enterprise goals and objectives.Familiarity with agile tools & suites including JIRA, Atlassian, or similar agile management tooling.Education, Qualifications, SkillsBachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degreeScaled Agile (SAFe) SPC Certification, SAFe PO/PM certification, CSPO, PSPO or similar certificationExpertise with making presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, VisioStrong skills for leading, educating, and coachingExcellent written and verbal communication skills
