- Project Manager, responsible for driving the New product development project(s) related to the products that are used in Aerospace applications.
- Shall work across the various Functional teams within the organization - ranging from Marketing, Engineering, Operations and also the external parties such as Customers, Engineering partners,
- Test Labs, Protype vendors and such - to ensure that the New Product Development is progressing as per the scheduled plan, budget and adherence to the quality standards process established.
- Shall write reports about program progress, budgets, or other issues related to the program. Shall establish a project status dashboard and process to continuosly monitor and effciently manage the progress of projects. Identify and report risks before they realize, devise ways to mitigate risks before they become a reality.
- The successful Project Manager would be leveraging the skill-sets from the areas such as Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Business Communications (e-mails, Presentations, Verbal), Interpersonal - Negotiation & Influencing.
- Some travel (around 10%) would be required within the US, when required as per the program stages.
