We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and drive cross-functional process improvement initiatives focused on enhancing IT test environments, test data management, and testing processes. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that improve operational efficiency, accelerate speed to market, and support the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The Project Manager will oversee project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communications while ensuring accountability and successful execution across multiple teams. Partnering closely with business and operational leaders, this individual will facilitate alignment, implement process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives, support organizational change management efforts, and measure business outcomes to drive sustainable results. Success in this role requires strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

The Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, process improvement, operations, business transformation, or related experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Proven ability to manage project plans, action registers, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating executive-level reporting and status communications.

The Ideal Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with/managing IS providers.
• QA/Testing background is a strong plus.
• Experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and results in a matrixed environment without direct authority.
• Experience utilizing project management and reporting tools to track execution and performance. xhqgsiq
• Financial Services, Insurance, Operations, or Technology industry experience.
