We are unable to sponsor at this timeRequirementsMinimum 10 years of project management experience (most recent position)5 years of experience managing projects with budgets > $5 million5 years of Agile Leadership experienceMicrosoft DevOps experienceExperience with other project managers for technology integrationLocal to Lansing, Michigan areaPrevious SOM (State of Michigan) experience is highly desiredResponsibilitiesOversee $20 million modernization project with high complexity.Lead project design, planning, and coordination following PMI standards.Manage project charter, work plans, and budget/schedule tracking.Establish project structure, roles, and communication plans.Develop risk mitigation strategies, manage scope, and negotiate resources.Provide technical support and handle complex application features and technical designs.Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders and upper management.Ensure alignment with quality, productivity, and consistency standards.
