Project ManagerManage projects through full life cycle, from definition to evaluation of all deliverables. Provide guidance to project team, possibly serving in a lead role. Responsible for coordination and completion of IT projects. Oversee all aspects of project using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes. Maintain schedule timeline, budget, and deliver quality project. Develop, clarify, and manage project scope. Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status. Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques in supporting project leads and driving the development and application of project management methodology and culture. Identify, track, monitor, and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variance, and contingencies.

Facilitate solutions with appropriate customer. Effectively shift between tasks without losing sight of long-term goals. Understand impacts of implementing changes on applications and systems. Communicate relevant project information to key stakeholders. Collaborate effectively to accomplish project goals. Set high expectations and enforce standards to meet project timelines. Stay aware of impending deadlines and competing forces that may change priorities and deliverables. Stay up-to-date on leading edge project management practices. Document and communicate information in a detailed and precise manner.

Understand how external changes can impact timelines, deliverables, resources, and budget. Know how decisions will impact the customer/user, and develop solutions with the least risk to the customer. Keep project team members informed of events and issues that will impact their work. Serve as a representative voice of the team; raise concerns to business owners when appropriate. Incorporate business owners’ and customers’ expectations when prioritizing initiatives related to a project. Organize timely project meetings and involve necessary team members to set and discuss objectives and potential obstacles. Possess advanced computer skills and in-depth knowledge of different operating systems, network administration and service desk administration. Have strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, organization, time management, resource planning, and task scheduling skills. Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of recent relevant project management experience.

Have 10 years of experience managing medium to large scale IT projects. Hold a current PMP Certification. Have at least 3 years of IT consulting experience. Have experience as a SCRUM Master and/or Product Owner. Be advanced proficient in System Development Life Cycle AND Agile methodology. Be proficient in Microsoft Tools, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook, and Azure DevOps. Be skilled at conflict resolution. Possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Be able to communicate effectively with management, business, and technical personnel.
