Project ManagerManages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements. Projects may be strategic in nature.Responsibilities:Resource allocation and all phases of development life cycle (i.e. feasibility study, requirements, analysis, ROI, business plan, design, testing, and implementation planning).Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members.Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.May be responsible for cross-functional teams.Assist with managing security systems upgrades and new installations.Assist with data input.Coordinate with network systems.Read engineering drawings for security system design purposes.Work with IT personnel to troubleshoot and maintain video systems.Regularly interacts with management.May obtain and manage external resources required for project completion.Qualifications:BS/MS with 7+ years experience.Experience with program/product/process implementation in a pharmaceutical environment preferred.Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical materials, procedures, or government guidelines.Familiarity with access control / video systems and can partner with Information Technology to troubleshoot and maintain.Ability to analyze and interpret data in technical drawings.Self-motivated and begins work tasks without supervision.Ability to write, review, and modify written procedures.Working knowledge of common business software and communication applications: Microsoft Apps., SharePoint, BlueBeam.
