This position will be located at Melbourne, FL. Please note this is an individual contributor role and is not a management/leadership opportunity.Please note that this opportunity is contingent on program funding.  Start dates are determined after funding confirmation.The successful candidate is expected to be a highly motivated, resourceful, self-starter able to work collaboratively with internal and external teams in high-tempo environments. This position will be expected to assist with reviewing status of projects and budgets, resource planning, preparing for and facilitating meetings, and supporting various administrative functions.Key Responsibilities: Support the program to accomplish a variety of precise, time-sensitive monthly deliverables, metrics, and presentationsCollaborate across functions to ensure all objectives are metAssist with monitoring cost & schedule performance, support business management meetings and reporting to program leadershipTurn raw program data into timely, actionable insight that drives improved decision making and execution efficiency across the programDevelop and implement data analytics tools/templates for monitoring project progressPartner with Program Managers and other key stakeholders to identify, design, and develop areas that will drive efficiency for the programIncrease insight into prioritization and status of ongoing projectsWe offer flexible work arrangements, 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment. We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented people to help us grow our services and become even better at what we do.Basic Qualifications for Project Management:Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience in project management OR Master’s degreeExperience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with and manipulating detail-oriented dataYour ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the CompanyBasic Qualifications for Principal Project Management:Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in project management OR Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience in project managementAt least 2 years of experience in data analyticsExperience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with and manipulating detail-oriented dataYour ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
