Lead Enterprise Transformation in the Insurance Industry

A nationally recognized financial services organization is seeking a Project Management Practice Lead to drive delivery excellence, portfolio optimization, and enterprise transformation initiatives across a large, complex environment.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced PMO and transformation executive who thrives on aligning strategy, governance, and execution to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise PMO and delivery practices
• Design and evolve governance frameworks, prioritization models, and portfolio management processes
• Partner with executive leadership to align strategic initiatives with business objectives
• Drive organizational transformation from process-focused to value-driven delivery models
• Improve execution visibility, risk management, decision-making, and delivery performance
• Mentor and scale project management capabilities across the organization

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of experience leading enterprise programs, PMOs, transformations, or strategic initiatives
• 10+ years of experience within the Life & Annuity Insurance industry
• Strong expertise in portfolio management, governance, organizational transformation, and enterprise delivery
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through change
• Experience building and scaling high-performing project management organizations
• PMP certification or equivalent leadership experience preferred
