Hybrid Work Arrangement

Remote most of the time, with onsite work for 3 consecutive days (Tuesday through Thursday) every six weeks. The specific sixth week will be confirmed by the Task Manager when the resource starts.

Experience

• Public or Utility Client experience is required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT Project Management.
• 7+ years in IT Strategy/PMO leadership with hands‑on program delivery.
• 7+ years proficient in project management tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Clarity, and PowerBI.
• 7+ years with strong skills in multi‑stakeholder communication, schedule and cost control, risk management, and governance adherence.
• 7+ years demonstrating successful management of multiple concurrent enterprise‑level projects, preferably within regulated or utility environments.
