Project Management Deployment Lead

To elevate operational excellence, the full-time Deployment Lead will oversee PMO process implementation, manage portfolio reporting, and mentor delivery teams while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee PMO process implementation to drive consistency and efficiency in product delivery Lead portfolio management and reporting, including creating dashboards and managing budgets Mentor and develop delivery teams by supervising and coaching project managers and product owners Required qualifications 15+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 10 years in Project Management Strong knowledge of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, SCRUM, Six Sigma) Proven ability to deliver complex, large-scale programs with geographically distributed teams PMP certification preferred; additional certifications like CSM or Six Sigma are a plus Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; Master's degree preferred
