Project LeadThe Project Lead will be responsible for managing projects using Agile methodologies. This role involves leading project teams, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring successful implementation within the organization. The Project Lead will act as a Scrum Master, driving the Agile practices and assisting with change management processes.Key Responsibilities:Lead project teams in the implementation of agile methodologiesAct as a scrum master and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgetsMonitor project progress and address any issues that ariseCollaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goalsImplement change management strategies to support project initiativesProvide guidance and support to team members on agile best practicesEnsure timely delivery of projects with high quality standardsSkill Requirements:Proficient in agile methodologies and frameworks such as scrum, kanban, or leanStrong project management skills with experience in change managementExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesCertified scrum master (csm) or other relevant agile certificationsAbility to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environmentAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsExperience in software development and it projectsKnowledge of relevant tools such as jira, trello, or asanaCertifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
