You'll be the bridge between our plant in VA, German HQ, and our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project strategy, resource allocation, budget creation, and progress monitoring for successful launches.
- Be the liaison between internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing project expectations.
- Oversee contracts and deliverables with vendors and suppliers.
- Implement best practices to ensure efficient project execution and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (or similar) (required).
- 3-8 years of project management experience (required).
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful problem-solver with a "get things done" attitude.
- Prior automotive launch experience (preferred).
- German language skills (highly desired).
- Relocation support and corporate housing options are available. Reports to CEO.
