Project InspectorReporting to the Assistant Director of Capital Planning & Construction, the Project Inspector / Clerk of the Works is Radford University's primary representative onsite. The position provides daily inspections for quality assurance of Capital and Non-Capital construction projects.
Responsibilities include daily reports on project status, coordination with contractors for quality control/quality assurance, and coordination with other third-party inspectors. The position will be assigned to multiple simultaneous construction projects and will ensure projects follow permitted plans & specifications. Projects may be at any Radford University campus.
