Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a project finance lawyer.
• Experience drafting and negotiating the principal financing documentation.
• Experience with renewable energy projects preferred.
• Experience reviewing project documentation preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• 5+ years of experience in practicing with Large National Firm.
• Lateral candidates only please, those coming directly from another LARGE FIRM (Top 350) currently practicing in this same practice group.

Role scope

Location

This position may be located in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, or Washington, D.C.

Compensation

The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $365,000 - $450,000. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
