Requirements
- Experience with tax credit transactions, including tax equity.
- Experience with conventional generation or other energy assets is welcomed.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
Education
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.
- Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the office is located.
