Requirements
- Classes of 2022–2024 or equivalent level of experience.
- Experience advising on project finance, infrastructure finance, energy transactions or other related financing matters.
- Strong transactional experience with excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and work effectively on complex, fast-moving transactions.
- Strong communication skills and a commercial approach to client service.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
