Position Overview
The Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group is seeking an Associate (ideally 3rd‑to‑5th‑year) to join their team in New York, with consideration for Washington, DC and Houston. Candidates should have experience in project finance and development, limited recourse and structured financings in the energy and infrastructure sectors; candidates with leveraged finance or other finance backgrounds are also welcome.
Qualifications
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Former law‑firm experience
- Admission to practice law and good standing in the jurisdiction of hire
- Spanish/Portuguese language capability is a plus (not required)

Compensation
Salary range: $260,000 – $365,000 annually, based on experience and other relevant factors.
