About the Role
- Analyst – Project Finance Analyst
- Salary - $80k-$100k + 15-25% Bonus
- Arlington, VA | Hybrid (3x)
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex financial models to maximize project value
- Support project financing processes, including investor coordination and capital funding execution
- Evaluate and structure financing partnerships, including tax equity and debt, with a focus on economic terms
- Assist in negotiating transaction terms with financing partners
- Lead due diligence efforts and manage the financing closing process with external stakeholders
- Analyze and assess M&A opportunities across various markets aligned with company strategy
- Provide financial planning and analysis support for the solar business unit
- Collaborate with the development team to evaluate early-stage project opportunities
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience within project finance, investment banking, infrastructure, or renewable energy
- Renewable energy/infrastructure exposure required
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience supporting transactions, financings, or deals preferred
