Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Project Executive to oversee a portfolio of large-scale Heavy Civil and infrastructure projects, providing executive-level oversight, client relationship management, and strategic direction to project teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established general contractor, dominating and expanding in the northeast!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and Senior Project Managers, ensuring performance against budget, schedule, and quality goals.
- Serve as the senior client-facing representative for major accounts and public agencies.
- Drive business development and maintain relationships with owners, agencies, and industry partners.
- Review project financials, risk exposure, and margin performance across the portfolio.
- Support proposal strategy and major pursuit efforts.
- Mentor and develop project leadership talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in heavy civil construction, including multi-project oversight.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex public and private infrastructure programs.
- Strong executive presence and client relationship skills.
