The Role
They are looking for an experienced Project Executive to lead major data center projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Lead $100M+ data centre projects and senior project teams
- Own project execution, schedule, budget, risk and commercial performance
- Manage senior client and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee complex MEP, construction and commissioning activities
- Lead PMs, CMs, Superintendents and trade partners
- Drive safety, quality and successful project delivery
Requirements
- 15+ years construction experience
- Strong MEP, commercial and client management experience
