Project ExecutiveThe Project Executive leads, manages, and coordinates all phases of multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout. This position is also responsible for securing new work. We Build Better.Essential FunctionsDevelop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, the design community, and organizations to enhance future business development opportunitiesDevelop high performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoringEnsure regular feedback is shared with staff including timely completion of employee performance evaluationsCollaborates with Group Manager to secure new work for business unitEnsure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements on all projectsProvide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisionsOversee the development of the master project schedule and manage its implementationProvide oversight for budget and financial management for all projectsSupport and drive utilization of various CSI initiatives and technologiesOversee the administration of quality assurance and controlDrive enforcement of safety protocols by the project staffCreate and update backlog projectionsIdentify project fit and allocate staffing resources across multiple projectsEstablish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policiesReview substantial change orders on the projectMaintain all logs required to track the progress of the projectFunction as liaison with prime client to facilitate construction activitiesInvestigate any potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures within company guidelines, and under supervisionRepresent company/project in meetings with client, subcontractors, etc.Review reports and attend monthly Project ReviewsOversee financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interest and maintain strong relationship with the clientOversee Billing Processes and actively work to maintain a healthy cash flow positionPerform Project Manager duties and responsibilities, as neededThe preceding functions have been provided as examples of the types of work performed by employees assigned to this job classification. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
