Project Executive

About the Role

You will hold overall responsibility for a portfolio of K-12 and public sector projects, leading project managers and superintendents through preconstruction, delivery and closeout.

You will own financial performance, serve as the principal contact for districts, architects and owner's representatives, and lead pursuits and interviews to secure repeat and negotiated work.

• Leading project managers and superintendents through preconstruction, delivery and closeout.
• Own financial performance.
• Serve as the principal contact for districts, architects and owner's representatives.
• Lead pursuits and interviews to secure repeat and negotiated work.

Required Skills

• Senior project leadership (Project Executive or Senior PM) with a general contractor.
• K-12 delivery experience, ideally DSA projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Established relationships with Bay Area school districts, architects, CMs or owner's reps.

Preferred Skills

• A record of winning repeat or negotiated work through your own network.
• Affordable multifamily or public works experience.
• Owner's rep background with strong district relationships is welcome.

Pay range and compensation package

• $240,000 to $300,000 plus benefits.
• Permanent, full time.
• San Jose, CA, office based with regular project site visits.
• Benefits including vehicle allowance, 401k contribution, profit sharing, medical cover and PTO.
