Our mission is to provide excellent customer service and be the benchmark for mechanical contractors.Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities with larger general contractors in the Midwest region.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Chicagoland General Contractors market, including project managers, and stakeholders within target accounts.Understand client needs and articulate the benefits of our mechanical HVAC solutions, positioning our offerings as the preferred choice for construction projects.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge.Prepare and present compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project specifications.Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer support, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Qualifications:A track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in the construction industry with a focus on mechanical HVAC contracting.Familiarity with mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, design, engineering and construction processes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and nurture long-term client relationships.Willingness to travel within the Chicago region.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
