Project Executive - Life Sciences Construction

Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership and oversight for multiple life sciences construction projects
- Guide project teams through preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
- Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate closely with preconstruction, field leadership, and trade partners
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and other regulated environment standards
- Mentor and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers
- Drive consistency in safety, quality, and operational excellence
- Support business development efforts, including pursuits, interviews, and client strategy
Qualifications
- 15 plus years of experience in commercial construction with significant life sciences project experience
- Strong background delivering laboratories, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical, biotech, or R and D facilities
- Deep understanding of regulated environments and mission‑critical building systems
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex client relationships
- Experience overseeing multiple projects or large project portfolios
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
