Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership and oversight for multiple life sciences construction projects
  • Guide project teams through preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with preconstruction, field leadership, and trade partners
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, and other regulated environment standards
  • Mentor and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers
  • Drive consistency in safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Support business development efforts, including pursuits, interviews, and client strategy

Qualifications

  • 15 plus years of experience in commercial construction with significant life sciences project experience
  • Strong background delivering laboratories, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical, biotech, or R and D facilities
  • Deep understanding of regulated environments and mission‑critical building systems
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex client relationships
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects or large project portfolios
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
