We’re working with a highly regarded General Contractor in Jupiter that is looking to add an experienced Project Executive to its growing healthcare construction team.

This is a genuine long-term opportunity with an established South Florida contractor that has built an excellent reputation in the market and has a strong pipeline of healthcare work.

They’re looking for someone who can provide senior-level leadership across multiple projects, support and develop the project management team, maintain key client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.

The Role

As Project Executive, you’ll have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple healthcare construction projects, providing leadership from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.

You’ll work closely with Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Superintendents and APMs while acting as a senior point of contact for clients, design teams and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Executive oversight of multiple healthcare construction projects
• Leading and supporting Senior PMs, PMs, APMs and project teams
• Oversight of project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement and commercial performance
• Supporting preconstruction, subcontractor buyout and major contract negotiations
• Monitoring project financials, forecasting, risk and profitability
• Working closely with field leadership to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Maintaining and developing relationships with owners, architects and healthcare clients
• Identifying project risks early and supporting teams in resolving complex issues
• Mentoring and developing project management staff
• Ensuring consistent project delivery, quality and client satisfaction
• Supporting the wider leadership team as the company continues to grow

What We're Looking For

We’re particularly interested in speaking with experienced Project Executives or Senior Project Managers ready to step into a Project Executive position .

You should have a strong background working for a General Contractor and experience delivering substantial healthcare construction projects.

Ground-up healthcare experience is highly desirable, although candidates with extensive hospital renovation, occupied healthcare and complex medical construction experience will also be considered.

You should be comfortable overseeing multiple projects and project teams, managing senior client relationships and taking responsibility for the financial and operational performance of your projects.

Compensation

Base salary up to $200,000+ depending on experience
