A leading South Florida construction and development firm is looking for a Project Executive to join their senior team.
The role:
- Full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Managing budgets, schedules, contractors and consultants
- Liaising with ownership, lenders and financial stakeholders
- Leading and mentoring project teams on the ground
What they're looking for:
- 15+ years experience — ideally a mix of GC and owner/developer side
- South Florida market knowledge — permitting, HVHZ, local subcontractor relationships
- Florida CGC licence a strong advantage
- Hands-on, in the weeds — not just a delegator
- Hungry and driven
