Project Executive | Data Center Construction
Location: Herndon, VA
The Role
A Top ENR-ranked national GC is scaling its data center portfolio and needs a PX to own it. You’ll be accountable for delivering large-scale data center projects, from preconstruction to closeout, on schedule, on budget and at a standard clients come back for.

What You’ll Do
- Own project performance end to end, preconstruction through closeout
- Set strategy across budget, schedule, quality, safety and profit
- Work hand in hand with preconstruction, project management and field teams
- Lead senior relationships with owners, architects, consultants and subs
- Control financials, forecasting, risk and commercial performance
- Mentor and grow Project Managers, Superintendents and project teams
- Solve major issues fast and hold the team accountable
What You Bring
- 12-20+ years in construction, with significant data center or mission-critical experience
- A track record delivering complex, large-scale projects at a large GC
- Experience leading multiple project teams and senior project staff
- Strong command of MEP, structural and civil construction
- Proven ownership of project financials, schedules and client relationships
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
