This role is ideal for a hands-on executive who combines deep healthcare project delivery experience with the ability to build relationships and help win new work.You will provide oversight across multiple healthcare projects while serving as a key client-facing leader. In addition to execution, this role plays a critical part in expanding the company’s healthcare presence by leveraging existing industry relationships with healthcare systems, developers, architects, and engineers.Projects include OSHPD / HCAI-regulated hospitals, medical office buildings, and specialty healthcare facilities.What You’ll Be DoingProvide executive oversight of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutLead delivery of OSHPD / HCAI healthcare projects in active and occupied environmentsPartner with preconstruction teams on estimating strategy, GMP development, and risk managementOversee Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure consistent execution and quality standardsMaintain strong relationships with healthcare owners, systems, architects, and consultantsServe as the senior point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleSupport and lead business development efforts, including pursuits, interviews, and proposal strategyLeverage existing healthcare relationships to help secure new projects and repeat businessCollaborate with executive leadership on healthcare market growth strategy in Los AngelesEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetWhat We’re Looking ForRequired Experience15+ years of experience with a Commercial General ContractorExtensive healthcare construction experience (OSHPD / HCAI required)Proven track record overseeing multiple complex healthcare projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to help win healthcare work through relationships and industry presenceStrong background in preconstruction, cost control, and executive-level project oversightExperience mentoring and leading senior PMs and field leadershipExcellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred AttributesEstablished relationships within the Southern California healthcare marketExperience working with major healthcare systems and institutional ownersStable career history with strong tenureBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldStrategic mindset with the ability to balance delivery and growthCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $210,000-$280, (k) + ESOPPPO & HMO health plan optionsEnd-of-year bonusLong-term growth opportunity with a respected and expanding California contractorWorking Place: LA, California, United StatesCompany: ESR Healthcare
