This is a critical position responsible for planning, executing and ultimately overseeing projects so our delivery is of high quality and to our customers standards.
The role of the Project Executive is to lead a team of Project Managers to plan, execute, and finalize construction of multiple projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.Essential DutiesLead teams of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project EngineersOversee commercial mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design specifications, budget and scheduleReview project plans and specifications, build project schedules, make recommendations of potential cost-saving measures and identify potential construction problemsComplete job cost breakdowns, schedule of values, and review / approve project billingsWork with general contractors, vendors and subcontractors to coordinate project schedules, RFIs and change ordersOrder mechanical and/or plumbing materials as required and ensure delivery in accordance to project schedulesCoordinate with field superintendents on manpower needs, adjusting as neededConduct and attend pre-construction and post construction meetingsManage multiple projects varying in scope simultaneouslyContinuous communication with office personnel, GC, owner and others as neededComplete all required documentation electronicallyOversee and continuously monitor project site safety for all involved at the sitePerform other related duties or special projects, as assignedResponsibilitiesFocus on safety and model best safety practices for our team membersRepresent the company by serving as a direct customer contactPositively and professionally represent the DynaTen name and brand to our customersLead the team by providing annual employee performance feedback within company guidelines and proceduresQualifications10+ years' experience on commercial mechanical or plumbing construction projects including healthcare, medical gas, educational, institutional, military and othersManagement of projects ranging in size and scope with a minimum contract value of $20M requiredExperience successfully leading direct reportsExperienced with project cost to complete, project financials and project close outsOSHA 10 Hour requiredOSHA 30 Hour requiredStrong verbal and written communication skillsRequired aptitude on constructionHave a positive attitude, be professional and self-motivatedAbility to work as both an individual contributor and a team playerWhat You Can ExpectIn house and manufacturer led training, leadership developmentLong-term career growth into operations, sales and/or leadershipComprehensive benefit package and employer sponsored memberships401k match, PTO, Holiday Pay, and moreAnnual incentive programEEO Statement – DynaTen is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversifying its workforce.
