As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Project Executive in Charlotte, NC who's ready to lead with impact.What You'll Do:As a Project Executive, you'll be the driving force behind project success—mentoring teams, ensuring flawless execution, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Your role includes:Leading with excellence across all project phases—from financial performance and quality control to safety, scheduling, and risk managementCoaching the next generation of construction leaders, including project managers, engineers, and superintendentsBuilding strong partnerships with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project deliveryDriving innovation through continuous improvement initiatives that elevate our standardsSupporting business development efforts by providing technical expertise to win new opportunitiesYou'll embody Samet's Core Values—Service, Quality, Innovation, Trust, and Safety—while fostering collaboration and accountability at every level.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management10-12 years of commercial construction experience with a track record of leading successful projectsDeep expertise in construction operations, financial oversight, and team leadershipProven ability to build high-performing teams and develop talentStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsLEED AP or Green Associate certification (preferred)Valid driver's licenseSamet is a leader in construction and real estate development services headquartered in Greensboro, NC, with a market focus on Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, and Multi-Family Housing.
