Project Executive

Our client is a Boston construction management firm with a reputation for taking on the complex, technical projects other contractors walk away from. They specialise in life science, healthcare, core and shell and occupied construction work, and they are now looking for a Project Executive to help lead a key part of their portfolio and become a part of the overall success of the firm.

The leadership team is entrepreneurial and very hands on. You’ll be working directly alongside them, not reporting through layers of management, and you’ll have real influence over how projects are won and delivered.

The role

• Full ownership of a portfolio of projects from preconstruction through to closeout
• Lead and develop Project Managers and site teams
• Act as the senior point of contact for clients, owners and design teams
• Drive commercial performance across budgets, schedules and risk
• Play an active role in business development and growing key client relationships

• Proven experience as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager with a Boston area GC or CM
• A strong background in life science, healthcare or complex occupied projects
• Experience delivering work in live, operational environments with minimal disruption
• Confidence leading clients and teams on technically demanding builds
• Someone with drive and grit who enjoys solving problems others avoid
