Project Execution SupervisorYour roles and responsibilities will include:Manage a portfolio of agricultural manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.Lead engineering activities, collaborating with third-party engineering firms as needed.Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to ensure adherence to scope, safety, budget, and schedule.Prepare reports, assess risks, and provide project status updates to stakeholders.Oversee construction management, contractor trades, and construction safety compliance.Ensure operational readiness through commissioning, start-up, and handover to site teams.Ensure compliance with corporate, legal, and industry standards in design and construction.Partner with regional domain experts for specialized support.Independently manage complex project issues, escalating only where necessary.Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Project Execution Supervisor who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Project Execution Supervisor would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).4+ years of relevant work experience (typically 5+).Preferred:5+ years of operations experience, especially in environments with strong EHS considerations.Experience in the oilseeds and/or biodiesel industries.Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience managing third-party vendors/contractors.Knowledge of environmental health & safety standards, as well as international construction standards and codes.Compensation: Based on Experience.
