Reporting to the Preconstruction Manager, the full-time remote Project Estimator will evaluate RFP packages, prepare detailed EPC cost estimates for high-voltage electrical projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and competitive proposal submissions. Key responsibilities Evaluate RFP packages to understand scope, schedule, and deliverables for assigned estimates Prepare detailed EPC cost estimates for various electrical projects, including transmission and distribution Collaborate with preconstruction team members to develop execution plans and schedules Required qualifications Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably in electric utility or EPC sectors Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications Experience using estimating software and digital take-off tools Ability to develop project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
