Seeking an experienced Project Estimator with expertise in commercial re-roofing and new construction roofing projects. The role focuses on accurate estimating, technical evaluation of roof systems, and collaboration with sales, vendors, and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates for commercial reroofs and new construction
- Review architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings
- Estimate TPO, PVC, freezer/cold storage, and data center roof systems(Preferred).
- Maintain bid calendar and meet submission deadlines
- Track and evaluate vendor pricing programs
- Support submittals and technical documentation
- Coordinate with field inspection teams to identify project risks
- Ensure compliance with Florida codes , FM Global RoofNav , IBC uplift/fastening , and R-value requirements(Preferred).
- Proven commercial roofing estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of roof systems and construction methods
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
