By joining our market sector, you will have the opportunity to be involved in cutting-edge technology and work with a team that moves quickly with decisions and expectations.Key Responsibilities:Project Execution: Prepare complex engineering deliverables for multiple or mega projectsConduct research to develop equipment and material recommendationsManage data and perform complex engineering calculationsDevelop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplinesLead larger production teams, coordinate multiple discipline activities, and serve as the responsible charge for a projectClient Interface: Identify key client interests and drivers for moderately complex projectsProvide support for business development or pursuit activitiesTechnical expertise: Lead large multi-discipline teams to meet project deliverablesDrive solutions to achieve project goalsManagement Responsibilities: Reviews lower-level engineering work or assignmentsResponsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of their subordinatesPreferred Qualifications:Experience managing Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) or design services underground transmission line projects for investor owned utilities in the United StatesExperience in design of high voltage underground transmission lines with strong understanding of linear underground project lifecycle and equipment specification developmentExperience developing plan and profile drawingsWorking knowledge of CYMCAP and Pull-PlannerGood communication skills and interest in engaging with Clients to grow relationshipsAdvanced knowledge of engineering design principles and applicable design guides and standardsWorking knowledge of interdisciplinary project coordination: procurement, subcontract administration, permitting, and construction supportWorking knowledge of the proposal process and developing engineering estimatesP.E.
