This role is heavily focused on structural design and offers strong compensation and long-term growth.Technical Focus: ~90% structural engineering (foundations, framing, materials)Experience with steel, wood, laminate, and composite structuresLattice tower experience is a plusEPC and/or utility services experience preferredKey Responsibilities:Lead engineering execution for large or multi-project transmission programsPrepare and review complex engineering deliverables and calculationsManage budgets, schedules, and quality across disciplinesLead and mentor engineering teams; provide PLS-CADD trainingServe as technical lead and responsible charge on projectsInterface with clients and support pursuit/business development effortsPreferred Experience:U.S.
