Responsibilities
- Assist with project schedules, timelines, and material deliveries.
- Review construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Manage project documentation, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress and help ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
- Assist with identifying and resolving project issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Conduct site visits and communicate updates to project leadership.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial construction, preferably in a Project Engineer or similar role.
- Understanding of construction drawings, project schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
- Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and construction documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar construction software is a plus.
